Dougan’s Place

Dougan’s Place was located at the intersection of Old Lexington Road and Flint Hill Road just a few of miles west of Asheboro, North Carolina.  First built in the 1920’s as a produce stand it eventually became a country store, voting precinct, and a local hangout.  It closed in the early 1980’s.
