“Uncle Wesley’s Tractor” The artist’s Uncle Wesley returning to the barn on his newly purchased 1953 Golden Jubilee Ford tractor. This was Ford’s first overhead valve tractor with a live hydraulic system for operating attachable farm implements. The tractor is still owned by the family.
